What we decline
Dosing, reconstitution for use, administration, cycles, protocols, or any question that treats these materials as though they were for human or veterinary use.
This is firm. We will not answer it privately having declined to publish it, we will not answer it in a roundabout way, and telling us that material is intended for human use will end the order rather than start a conversation.
What to include
One message with the details in it saves a round trip:
- The compound and vial size, or the product page URL.
- The order number, if there is one.
- The lot number from the vial, for anything certificate-related.
- Photographs, for anything physical.

Response times
We have not published a response-time guarantee.
Corrections
If a price, a molecular weight, a competitor figure or a claim about how another catalog is published is wrong on this site, we want to know. We correct it, date the correction, and where it is a competitor figure we correct it even when the error was in our favor. That last part is the only reason anybody should believe the comparison pages.
